We understand plans change. This policy keeps training times fair and predictable for every family.

24-hour change window
You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time without losing the session credit.
Late cancellations and missed sessions
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and missed appointments use one session credit. If the booking was purchased individually, the session charge is not refunded.
Illness, emergencies, and weather
Please contact us as soon as possible. True Motion Athletics may make reasonable exceptions for sudden illness, family emergencies, unsafe travel, facility closures, or severe weather.
Coach cancellations
If True Motion Athletics cancels a session, the family may reschedule or receive the session credit back. A coach cancellation never counts against the family.
Training packs
Four-session packs expire 60 days after purchase. Rescheduled sessions must still be completed before the pack expiration date unless an extension is approved in writing.
