Parent or guardian responsibility
A parent or legal guardian must arrange training for a minor, provide accurate information, complete required acknowledgments, and tell us about injuries, restrictions, or other changes that may affect safe participation.
Training participation
Athletic training involves physical exertion and inherent risk. Participation is subject to the separate guardian waiver and any safety instructions provided by the coach. Training is not medical care or a substitute for medical advice.
Bookings and payments
Sessions are subject to coach availability and confirmation. Prices are shown before purchase. Four-session packs may be used only for the purchased session length and expire 60 days after purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, interfere with service operation, or copy site content for commercial use without permission.
Service changes
We may update schedules, locations, pricing, policies, and website features. If we must cancel a confirmed session, we will offer a replacement time or restore the applicable session credit.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, True Motion Athletics is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
